1) Stir fry 1 packet Heng's Nyonya Chicken Curry Sauce with curry leaves (optional) until aromatic. 2) Simmer 1.5 kg chicken, 2 potato (cut cubes) with 500ml water until chicken and potato are cooked. 3) Add 100ml coconut milk, stir well and bring to boil. 4) Serve hot with rice!
